Morning OS,
I have been searching through the forum for questions on mould as I have a problem my lovely old convertible - it's obviously not as watertight this year as previous years as the seats have gone mouldy (that or my 3 year has spilt juice on the sly !!). Anyway its my pride and joy and its just about to be garaged for winter - but I have to clean it first. I have seen from previous threads that Vinegar has been suggested and diluted washing powder - I obviously can't use the bleaching method ! If anyone has used these tips on fabric could you please give me some guidance on which may be the most effective.
Thanks in advance

Might be worth trying a dry method- put lots of bicarb of soda (like you'd use to clean the fridge) on the seats, then wait a couple of hours and hoover off very thoroughly. May not shift marks but it should help clear off any mould spores and effectively 'dryclean' the areas. Worth doing a small test?0
