PLEASE help me choose a bike for 13yr old stepson! I know nothing!!

13 year old stepson would like a bike for Christmas. I know absolutely nothing about bikes, but he has asked for ideally a diamondback, Saracen or Kona and it needs to have front suspension at least. It needs to be 18inch frame.
I have spent quite a long time looking up options and have come up with these:

If anyone could take a look at these and help me decide which is better - or even suggest another good buy -preferably diamondback, saracen or Kona i would be so grateful as i really dont know what i am looking at! No more than £200 ideally.
