Who do I contact about wins not recieved

I have 4 wins from the same company 2 were won over 3 months ago & 2 about a month ago. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply so just wondering who I should contact next & what I need to say

I would usually just let it go but one of the prizes won a month ago is worth a few hundred so really need to follow it up, I'd usually give them longer than a month but with all the prizes being from the same comp site its not looking hopeful

Was it from Great Competitions Laura?? I found out a couple of weeks ago by accident I had won a prize with them in June which I had never received. Sent them an email which was never replied to. I found a phone number and rung someone about it, explained the situation, was told that the "wrong winner's list was put on the website" but they would try to sort out a prize for me. It arrived the following week

I have the same problem with a prizze from June with great competitions. Have you got the number winjackie?

Yes it was great competitions, the main one I'm worried about was a prize that was won in October so not that long ago but 2 of them are from June/July

Apparently, in June they (the people who arrange the dispatch of prizes) were given different winners names from those printed on the website
My mum was also on a winner's list from July but as this was only a very small prize she did not chase it up.

I will try to find the number for you ....... give me a couple of mins.

EDIT:

This number (0207 437 9011) was the one I rang for my prize which was with either Mother & Baby or Pregnancy & Birth. I don't know if they cover the other magazines on GC website. You can give them a ring and ask but just say that your name was on a winner's list and you haven't received your prize.

I have today found my name on the GC winners list again for a comp in October which I have not received so will see if this one turns up......... surely they can't have been given the wrong winner's list again !!!

Thanks hun, I'm surprised such a big company with so many comps is so bad at getting prizes sent out

If they never get back to you, contact the ISP and edwin mutton, i think his email is in the compers guide, i used them once before and as soon as they got on the case, received prize within 1 week
