I have recently purchased a new pair of glasses from Vision Express but I feel I could have got a cheaper deal from online retailers. With their 'total satisfaction guarantee', they state that 'if you're not happy with the way your glasses look or feel, we will exhange or refund them within 30 days - whichever you prefer'.…

The other posters have a point albeit a tad strong, your eyesight isnt something you should spend cheap imo, id never buy glasses from a website, id be up the creek if i had to return my glasses if they needed adjusting, id rather pay a bit more to get servce on the high street from boots or spec savers,

why aren't you happy with the glasses
