I just discovered that Pataks have some "how to make" videos on Youtube.
It has things like chickpea curry and tarka dahl, bombay potatoes etc.
I dunno how to do the linky thing but the recipes look scrummy.

I didn't know that spices could burn if the oil was too hot, until I watched Youtube.
I always wondered why every curry I made tasted like cack.

Awwww you spoiled my dinner plan!
