Can't check orders at Dixons

Am having f***ing NIGHTMARES with Dixons.
A long story I won't go into, at least not in this post, but one particular problem is that I can't track the status of any orders online. I can login OK & see my order references, but if I click on any order I get:
For your additional security and to protect your personal information we request that you re-enter your password each time you wish to view a page containing your personal details.
Then when I enter my password I get a message saying invalid password.
Needless to say it's NOT an incorrect password, even if I copy my password into notepad & then paste it when I login it still fails when try to paste it again at this second prompt.
Driving me mad. Have been on the phone to this joke of an outfit for 6 hours today trying to resolve problems & not being able to view the (replacement) orders they're doing is making it even harder.
Has anyone had this before? Or know how to get around it? I've tried 2 different PCs, 2 different browsers & 2 different broadband connections, it fails on all of them. Their CS refuse to acknowledge there's a problem.
Online shopping this year has been a f***ing miserable experience, Amazon & Dixons between them have combined to make the last 10 days vile beyond words.

They're just scum. Three weeks ago I ordered a Wii. They delivered me a damaged Wii (damaged when they sent it, the outer packaging was fine) which been trying to get a replacement for ever since.
It's been a total nightmare & I still haven't got anywhere. Today I decided not to be fobbed off anymore, consequently I've been on the phone for most of the last SIX hours asking for a Wii to be delivered to me by the end of this week. So far I've been told every lie they can think of, including but not limited to:
"There's nothing I can do & my managers in a meeting"
I asked to speak to ANY manager
"All our managers are in a meeting"
I said I'd wait
"You can't wait for a manager. We'll send you a Wii within 5 working days"
It's already been twice that long. I refused to accept that & got:
"You need to write in to head office"
I refused
"You need to go to a shop".
I refused
"You need to ring head office"
I rang Head Office:
...and from head office when I rang them:
"you need to ring websales back, they shouldn't have told you to ring us"
Back to websales:
"The item is out of stock"
I told them their website had it in stock
"Our website is in the process of being updated"
I told them I wasn't satisfied
"The item is out of stock but will be in stock within 5 days, we'll send you one then."
When I agreed to that on the condition that they send it next-day delivery it changed to:
"The item is out of stock & won't be in stock until after Christmas, all we can offer is a refund."
When I refused to accept that it changed to:
"The item is out of stock online but is available in our shops, you need to go to one to collect it"
(which I agreed to do at which point it changed to)
"The item is out of stock in our shops but is available online, we'll ship one to you for delivery Friday & phone you back within 15 minutes to confirm that it's arranged."
That was 2 hours ago & I'm still waiting to be called back. After 90 minutes I called them yet again & was told I'd be called back in 20 minutes or less. Yet another lie.
They make up their lies as they go along. Utterly dispicable.0 -
