  • Code for 25% off everything - including sale items - and free next day delivery
    CODE DPFWD :D
  • This is taking off 25% but still charging delivery for me.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    That's exactly what I thought.

It may be a new "twist" on what's considered free. I think if you pay for standard delivery you get next day delivery for £3.95 instead of £5.

    Same here.
Although Ts & Cs say can't be combined with other offers, and I was buying sale items, so I wonder if that's the issue.

Ah, just had another email saying they've fixed the problem.
    Will check.
EDIT - it works now, but your basket total has tobe £30 AFTER discounts, so £40 worth of stuff.
  • I've complained & not heard back. It seemed to accept the code but then didn't removre the delivery - and it gave me a delivery date for next week, so it hadn't 'upgraded' standard delivery...

It must be a spend limit, as mine came to well below £30. But it didn't SAY that!

It did say for orders over £30 in my email (the original one) - it was in small print below the big splash with the code.

Anyway, now it's free standard deliver on all orders.
  • Thank you, I managed to get a lovely bag I'd been after that had just been added to the sale items. Originally £35, reduced to £20 and with the 25% off code I got it for £15 and free delivery. Happy days!
