I had an email through with the code 'FIVE' which entitles you to free delivery and £5 off £50 spend...

The £5 is coming off but not the delivery and when I phoned they said you could place your order on line and then phone them with your order number and they would refund the delivery.

She said they would try to fix the glitch but weren't sure how long it would take...

I tried this code and the following info came up:

"EXCLUSIVE OFFER : £5 off £75, £10 off £100 (minimum order value applies); Free delivery"

my order was for £65 so not eligible unfortunately

I only ever buy from the website when I can get free delivery and 20 % off. They had 20 % off through the website on Friday so I bought 4 tops to bump it up past £50 for the free delivery and I couldn't beleive it when it let me have an additonal 10 % as well.

Anyway I returned all of the garments to the store and despite me telling them about the discounts they refunded me £7 more than I had actually paid for the goods! :beer:

hi, i work for a subsiduary of dp and can confirm the 20% discount is nationwide in store this weekend on everything in store, and it also includes burtons.
