Many UK Retailers accept only UK credit cards

Hey... i have a problem where i want to shop from the UK online, and i hold a credit card not issued from the UK... can anyone tell me what to do?

i know that there is a company myus.com that buys things for you from the US. any similar website or service for the uk? Thanks for your help...

Have never heard of this to be honest with you.

I have a friend who frequently uses her US credit card to shop on UK sites and gets the stuff sent to me to post on to her if they don't ship overseas.

I have never had a problem using my UK credit card on foreign sites either.

I know it is a real problem (last Christmas my mum ordered presents/food from tesco and when it arrived I had to give my credit card details for my own presents !!)

This year any presents that are coming from overseas are from shops that accept either googlecheck out or paypal. As far as I know its the only way to get round it.
