I have mentioned this before, but not as a new thread and time is running out so......

I bought a macdonalds meal and it had the following offer:

Quote macdonalds as a promotional code ( nb you enter the code on the first page, just page down for a promotional codes field, if it isnt there, choose change package, either on the first or second page). This code will give you up to 30 days free rental, rather than the usual 14 days!!

Better still go through quidco and get £12.50!!!!!!

I have registered for both me and my hubby, just added an a to our address (ie 20 or 20a!!! not a problem for my postie!!!! thanks postie!) :j

You do need a different email address too, but yahoo addresses are FREE. I have subscribed to blockbusters 10 times now!!!!! :rotfl:

Just done mine, went through Quidco and entered the promotional code!
The transaction has not registered with quidco yet but I'll allow a couple of days for that and hopefully I've got the 30 days trial rental as apposed to 14! :T

I took up Screen Select rental through Quidco in December but there is no sign of any earnings.

I know me neither. Did blockbuster via quidco with macdonalds free month but no sign of earnings yet.
I have used link on quidco to contact them about missed earnings

No, dont worry, I am an affiliate, I registered initially to claim money off mobile phone contracts and dvd hire for myself.

It can take ages for the co to pay the affiliate (ie quidco), I have only been a member with them for 3 months, but I have faith in them!!! Give them chance!!

Affiliates earn money on a sliding scale, so they charge us £5 a year and one would presume that they are on a higher commission than most and more than they give back to us, in addition they probably win loads of prizes. But they do give us the bottom layer back. So it makes sense, they win, but so do we!!!!!!!!
Why shop direct??? It doesn't cost us anything to go through their link, we can only gain.

If things go wrong then lets have a separate thread, so we can watch out and look after each other, but I for one think they are ok!!!!

When you enter the code for a free month, does it say anywhere it works? I'm at the payment stage, but I don't want to enter details if I haven't a got a free month!!

is this a link to screeselect dvd rental? if so if you look at the smallprint at quidco it says if you use a promotional code with the free trial you may not get any cashback(might be why mrme has his money tracked because he didnt use code).hope this helps

Signed up this evening, without using the mac-code and £15 showing in quidco about 30 mins later. Not a bad evenings work.
