There is a bungalow for sale here which has no architects certifacte. Normal value £150,000, current value - £40,000.0

I'm just hoping then that the project is cleared up by the time my fixed rate deal ends (July).
Would the mortgage lenders even find out about the project? The one I currently have my mortgage with knew nothing about it until I told them(!) this year, even though the £40,000 figure had been branded about for at least three years prior to me buying.0
