This is a great deal, I claimed my free burger at the Manchester branch on Sunday.

Unfortunately the burger was absolutely vile, the chef used a dangerous amount of salt, which made it inedible :mad:.
I was quite annoyed but I suppose their answer would be "what do you expect for free".

I agree, having visited the Manchester branch of Walkabout myself, I was also with ricriley and had a similar tainted burger.

Mine however was sickeningly over peppered... looks like the chef(s) thought it would hilarious to act the fool. God knows what else they did to the burger as well, hopefully they won't have their job for much longer.

As stated in the previous post though, putting that much salt into someone's food is not funny or clever.

also noted you can get 12 free drinks when you register a boomerang card - available for £3 in the bars - anyone tried this - are they bogof vouchers or actual free drinks? thanks
