£18K Mortgage

:confused: Can anyone help?........I need a mortgage for pprox. £18,000, what is the best way forward? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. :beer:

    Have you considered your existing lender ? How long do you want the mortgage to last ? Try http://www.fsa.gov.uk/tables
    The display at any one time is restrictive. It can be modified with filters and other sorting options. You can also download the whole list.

    You won't find many high street lenders willing to give a morgage on such a low amount. Nationwide is one lender who will consider low amounts, but you have to take into account the fees & costs involved if it is a remortgage. If it is a remortgage it probably wouldn't be worth your while to pay out these additional costs & would be best to approach your present lender.
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
