Just been to a very small Boots and the mix and match Xmas 3 for 2 was no longer on - it has been replaced with BOGOF!!!!!!!!! I have just checked on line and still only 3 for 2. Unfortunately they only had a couple of useless gift sets so I left empty handed but I was assured that the offer is also on in larger stores.

thanks for the heads up x:j

Didn't someone post on herea while ago that the two vouchers don't work together?? Could be wrong about that mind!

No, they do work together because I did it. Haven't tried the toothpaste yet but can't believe it is worth £8!

Ah yes this is true! I wouldn't pay £20 for it. What I've done this year is buy 3 OOTWs (if I've wanted it) and then seen if my neighbour or auntie want any of them, if they don't they get put on eBay for face value (£13.33+postage) so I'm not losing out, get my own for £13.33 and the points :) Hence buying 6 this week!! (2 for neighbour 2 for auntie 2 for me! for presents!)

Aha good idea but I have found ebay fees to be quite expensive nowadays and it's puts me off selling anything!!!

.com orders also seem to have a habit of turning up with peranent sticky labels on them - I've had several bottles of bubble bath etc turn up like this. No good if the item is a pressie, plus it looks nasty on the side of the bath anyway!

Slightly OT, but if the sticker is on a tin (like the smokey eyes 17 gwp) or a plastic bottle, take off what you can and then just soak it with WD40 and it will come off, sometimes straight away, sometimes leave it for a bit and then it is easy to remove. Won't work on cardboard of course!!

Good tip. I've never tried it before - does it smell odd or anything? And can I get it in Boots??!! Only joking about that last bit......

I just bought 2 x OOTW, with another gift worth £20 in the "3 for 2", also got some 3 for 2 on some Health stuff, which gave me 500 extra points for a £20 spend & I used an extra 500 points on £60 spend code, so in total I paid £64, saved £32 & got 1756 points & free del!! Bargain!! :j Thanks to all on here!! :T
Everything I wanna do is either illegal, immoral or fattening! lol :rotfl:

Morning everyone i just got 3 fcuk OOTW and i know its not a big deal but minus the vat it came to £39.14. so be aware of that if anyone is planning on using any total spend vouchers from the acm for say £40, you will have to choose something else too! x

Hmm...phoned CS who knew nothing about it and suggested ringing a store.
Phoned a large store asked if 3for 2 was now bogof. Was spoken to by v rude lady who said "no, it means you have to buy two to get one free". Explained I had been to local Moss pharmacy (who are part of boots and carry boots stock and are all due to be rebranded as boots) who were selling at bogof not 3for 2, I did not require an explanation of 3for2. "Well this is Boots" she went on as if I was asking if a WH Smith offer would be on there!

So, it appears they are not bogof everywhere. BUT they did have special bogof yellow stickers and a banner - proper boots ones in the usual type face, not knocked up with some A4 paper and a marker pen. This suggests to me that there may be bogof soon - what does anyone else think??
