I had an order despatched in two boxes - delivery driver left one and the other got sent back to the depot. The box that has gone back contained part of a 3for2 so I don't know what will happen with the refund.

And the huge boxes are annoying too.

.com orders also seem to have a habit of turning up with peranent sticky labels on them - I've had several bottles of bubble bath etc turn up like this. No good if the item is a pressie, plus it looks nasty on the side of the bath anyway!

Buy it!! It is brilliant. Makes your skin look really good. It is also a nice looking item for your bag.
  • Hi everyone, I cant believe its only two weeks till christmas today!!

I am planning a visit to town to do some christmas shopping tomorrow and of course will pop in Boots too.

    I hope someone can help!!
Sorry if this has been asked before but I really like the Max Factor GWP (when you spend £15) and the L'Oreal one too(when you spend £10) and I also plan on getting another No7 GWP (cause my 13 year old DD gave mine to her friend for christmas!!) and I was wondering if I can get all of these GWP's free without spending the required amounts. I have seen people getting the half price body P&P body serum with the GWP free for £12.23 - Has this beeped for anyone and can I use the 250 points from the GWP on this too?
My 18 year old DD found a set of vouchers about 6 weeks ago in town for 10% of for 4 different dates/weeks in October, November and December. I haven't used any yet and was hoping to try the last one which is valid until the 14th, tomorrow so if I do have to spend the total amounts to get my GWP's for L'Oreal, Max Factor and No7 can I still get the GWP's free if I use the 10% voucher and it brings the totals to under the required amounts to claim them free IYSWIM!!!
Sorry to go on but I really don't want the till to beep and I have 3 DD's so I want to buy the elder 2 some nice makeup for their christmas stockings and maybe keep the GWP's for myself (if they don't find them before!!):D
    Many thanks in advance.

You should be fine with spending less than the required amount after the 10% discount has come off. Give the 10% voucher in at the end of the transaction when the GWP have already been scanned :)

Well got my .com order this morning. I see what you lot mean about orders frequently being messed up! :rotfl: (Ive only ordered online a few times.) The chocolate slab was under everything else and broken, the bucks fizz set was really dirty inside and instead of search and protect eve from wall e i got construct a bot eve!:rotfl: Oh and the cardboard packaging on the 3 scents of celebrity sets keeps coming undone. Sooo Ill probably just keep the eve toy as DS will probably like that just as much and its worth £2 more.:rotfl: But am I allowed to take the chocolate slab and bucks fizz set instore for an exchange? If I am is it better to ring customer service first to get a reference number in case of funny sas? TIA :)

I would phone CS and tell them. The last time I had a delivery with damaged goods they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the items. That would save you having to cart the goods to a shop.
