Sarah, I'm a mod on another forum, we have this problem from time to time too, it seems to be related to conflicts between the site and some browsers, on our site Safari seems to be the worst offender. It might work better if you switch to another browser

ccmummy I just read the FAQ on the Boots website and you are quite correct, my card will come in a few weeks. Thank you! I have also used the extra 500 point code which is very helpful!

I know its late and nobody really around but would appreciate a quick answer. Would it be really naughty to order other things in place of the stuff i want thats out of stock so i get my bonus points (still on at the mo) then return to the store to exchange?

Are you picking the right items? Only peach and mango, rasberry and fruits of the forest smoothies are included.

If you are, and you are logged in, and its still not working, remove the card from your online account. After removing it, log out and clear your cookies.

Then log in again, and add the card back to the account.

If this fails, next time you are instore, hand over your card and ask them to activate the health club again. They keep the barcode behind the counter.

I had to do all this, before i could get the smoothies delivered. Now i have a cupboard full. At 3 packs for less than£4, they are a good way to top up a purchase to get free delivery and bonus points.
