When boots are updating the system your points totals do show as 0 for a while, try again in a couple of hours, hopefully they will be there. If they are not there by the morning call cs who should sort it out for you, they will have all you details somewhere in the system. hth

Hello, pretty new to all this. I have a slight problem and wondered if someone could help having just found this site.

I have ordered some things from boots.com and there is a promotion for a gorgeous gift when spending £18 on no. 7 however i can't find the gift can anyone shed any light on this for me please.

I think they have run out of ladies gifts so it is not added to your basket unfortunately ~ I think it is 'while stocks last'

I think the ladies gift is out of stock now
but shopping on Boots.com is always a bit of a lottery - you are never quite sure what will turn up, when, and in what state!
When I picked up my .com order in store I mentioned that I had not got an expected GWP (smokey eyes set with No.7 mascara) the manager ran off to see what she could find and came back with the Gold Bag GWP! :T

Yippee went to Boots today and managed to get the Ralph Lauren Romance gift set for £29.35 reduced from £44 and Anna Sui Dreams for £ 14.35 reduced from £21.53, both worked out loads cheaper than buying individually and I paid with points so a happy bunny!!!

Also picked up 2 more of the JK files @ £2 each to give my points alittle boost before the offer ends on 30/12!!!

Hi Jazzteddy - I was dying to sleep last night but couldn't until I had managed to get the free gwp to go through!!!!! I wish I had realised that the olay one would go as well!!! As it was I ordered 2 of MF, Mens No 7 and L'Oreal and a few gift bags!!! It was strange as when I ordered the paper gift bags they were the no 7 ones and when I went in after to check my order they had changed to the S & G ones!!!! Thanks for helping me to finally get them all in my basket!!!! Hope we get them!!!!

Thanks for the welcome minimoneyme, i have had the stuff delivered to my house not the store so don't think i would be able to do that lol, but that was good of the manager and good for you :T
