You wouldn't be able to get a refund, only an exchange....if you have the receipt it should be for the price you bought it at the time, if not, the sale price.

Well, my personal bargain was the vera wang handbag gift set..it contains 3 x 20ml (i think its 20ml, can't get .com to load since ordering :rotfl:) handbag sized vera wang princess perfume, equivalent to a full size bottle for £17.xx
