    No, you can only pay by points in store unfortunately :(

    None of the stuff i wanted is in the sale.

    I couldnt find any S&G glove story 1/2 price and nothing else i had on my list is half price either.

    Im so glad i got done what i needed to get done today and didnt sit waiting and refreshing the page or i would be super fuming by now as well as super stressed. No wonder it wasnt widely advertised, IMO its a bit pants.

    Oh well, manchester on boxing day here i come.

    good idea, I thought I was getting somewhere but no, the whole thing is a hopeless waste of time, I'm off too, no order from me after all.

    spoke too soon, was looking for an email address to complain to...not working either, then I checked my orderes and it's gone through...at least once!

    well I might get a few things just for myself & I agree the website is a complete joke!

    Anyone know if you can return fragrance sets? I wanna order one off .com but not sure if I'll like it so would try a tester in town while waiting on delivery and return set if I don't like the tester. TIA.

    If its freezing on the payment screen chances are your order HAS gone through. This is what happened to my order that i recieved 2 of thinking the 1st one hadnt gone through.

    I got NO confirmation email, and when i checked my .com order history the orders didnt show up until the day i recieved them, so be careful if it freezes on you.

    site is working fine for me now. Only problem is I can't find anything I want!
  • cs told me orders will not have gone through unless you get an order number. He got into my account and comfirmed the order hadn't gone through and that he couldn't order it for me as there whole system is down.

    Hi,
    Can anyone help?? My basket is currently saying I have 128 items in it for £28.14?????!!!! :confused: I can't get into it to clear it out & restart as I keep getting generic error message. Tried to do it via the re-order button as suggested in previous posts but no joy. Help!!

    Tried to do a good deed today while I was exchanging products but didn't work.
    I'd went in to one shop to do an exchange but the shop was mobbed and hardly anything on the shelves but bought some reduced No 7 products on 342 with no GWP.
    Anyway left the shop and thought it was more expensive than it should have been, checked my receipt and instead of 342 got charged for all 3.
    Carried on down the street to another Boots to get a refund/ exchange, shop again mobbed so went to the pharmacy queue as that was the shortest. Honestly what a plavava! SA had to check with No7 that items could be returned, 5 mins later she came back to the till and told me I had to go to the No 7 counter.
    Off I trotted to stand in another long queue. If it wasn't that I could see my 3 items sitting behind the counter I'd have left it for another day. Finally got to the front for the SA to tell me that she would have to check with her manager, off she went with 3 items and the receipt. By this time I was getting really fustrated, what seemed like forever passed (at 10 mins later) before she came back and told me because they were reduced and this store didn't stock them they couldn't accept them.
    I know that is rubbish because I've returned .com items which the store doesn't stock.
    While I was waiting at the No7 queue I spotted a young lad looking at the reduced P&P serum and the GWP, so I told him that he'd get the bag with the cream (I'm sure I read on here that someone did), anyway poor soul stood in the queue and the SA told him very loudly that the item was only £12 something and he needed to spend £18 to get it. Well by them I piped up and explained that 'my friend' have received a GWP when purchasing this p&p. The SA wouldn't even try to put it through.
    So went back to original store got the refund without any problem.
    Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
    Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
    Take time but don't waste time
