I am still paying the mimimum
    Why?

You're account is in dispute, stop paying until either they produce a VALID CCA, or the dispute is settled.
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

I haven't had a chance to phone Payplan yet, but I have ignored any attempts at bullying from IQOR and so far they've been easier to deal with than MBNA. I will try to get hold of Payplan later today and see what they recommend me doing. There was no CCA in yesterday's post so IQOR have had their full time now.
