Mine arrived yesterday and a room & linen spray had split & leaked over everything!

Have to say that Avon Customer Services were very nice about it & are sending a replacement, as well as replacement free pearls as the cardboard box was soaked and ruined.

I was very impressed as I was expecting them to ask me to return the whole order & re-order, & I really don't have time.
