Can I do this online?

Hola!

I thought I would attempt to do my BR petition online, is this possible? I've seen people mention it on here, and i'm sure the lady said I could do it online, or fill out 3 copies of each form {YAWN!}.

If I can do it online, can someone point me in the right direction please?

you need to register your details...remember to SAVE often though as sometimes the pages can crash meaning you loose what you've typed

  • Awesome, thankee :)
  • Can I just confirm.....i'm putting everything as current aren't I? I.E Current address etc. But I have a mortgage (the reason for the bankruptcy) but I haven't paid into it since January, nor the secured loan as my ex said he'd do it. So do I declare the mortgage in my SOA? Cus I don't want to be chased for the shortfall when it sells....confusion!
  • Hi Hannah

If your name is on the mtge & SL you must declare them on the form. That way they are included in your petition & included in your BR.

Phil thanks for the link....I`d better start looking at the forms soon as well.

  • Thanks, thing is I don't know exact amounts...I could probably get them but would take a while...

Also what are the chances of bailiffs coming round to my current address? It's my partners house and everything in it is his, he'd be !!!!ed off if they took it!!
  • I think estimates are all you can do...the OR will chase up specific settlement figures anyway.

If anyone calls then don`t let them in...in fact don`t answer the door. Once you are BR then they can`t hassle you anyway.
  • eek that didn't fill me with a lot of hope. My stomach lurched then, I really hope I don't get any visitors...i'm only iccle!
