I have a beautiful granite worktop and cooker splashback in my kitchen and I absolutely adore it. I find I just need to wipe it with one of those E cloths and it sparkles.

I also got my granite worktops from mistermarble and they look great, well worth the money, mistermarble were by far the cheapest i could find and I didnt have to pay a penny until they were fitted.

  • Anyone ever got them and if so what do you think of them?

Granite can be a great stone to use!

It it durable and classy and it can really give that quality touch...

It can be expensive, but in my opinion you get what you pay for - a thing to watch out for is where low grades of stone are sold for high prices.

Always shop around and get some advice in forums and blogs.

    Ciao ciao :j
Granite Worktops are great for your Kitchen!
  • We got a granite worktop for our last kitchen from a local reputable supplier and were very pleased with it so ordered one for our new house but this time from a different supplier. It is only now that we realise how excellent the new one is.
This one came from Natural Stone Fireplaces in Derry/Londonderry and they were the most professional outfit from start til finish. The worktop took 4 times as long to fit this time and the only joint is hardly noticeable.

Ring and ask for Pauline as we can definitely recommend them.
  • did anyone ever hear about granite emitting a radioactive carcinogenic gas?
  • Hi there, that’s a nice topic you discuss in my opinion It is possible, with modern technology, to successfully bond tile to vinyl, asphalt tile, and seamless flooring. Done properly, a new tiled installation can be placed permanently over these existing surfaces.
If the existing flooring surface is dimensionally stable, meets the necessary deflection standards, has the required expansion joints, and is satisfactorily on-plane, this method can be used. Its desirability, however, rests on the user. I search a web on net it will helps you a lot in this website you can buy different kinds of tiles and marbles cleaning machines and products if you were interested so visit the website which is given below it will helps you a lot http://www.ciciliotandson.com/.
