Depends if you want to risk money on a mystery box of stuff, you can never really tell whether it will be any good or not, but it's usually just a load of rubbish.

I was really pleased with my last boc, there was an mp4 in there worth £90! Tons of other stuff too, well worth the money!

It's a grown up lucky bag basically, some people were ecstatic, some were very happy, some were just happy, some disappointed but as far as I am aware nobody felt ripped off.
