Purchases From LastMinute.Com - £10 Cashback

I recently made a purchase on lastminute.com and there was a link to say I could claim £10 back. I signed up to a discount shopping scheme and was sent an email telling me to send a copy of my booking confirmation and my membership number with them and how to cancel after the free 30 day trial which I intend to do. Now looking back I can not find the email with the details!
Has anyone made a purchase on lastminute recently and knows of this cashback? I have given credit card details and no can not remember the name of the scheme..!
