Why not try Martin Adams. E-mail address is info@abbotsfinance.co.uk. He doesn't charge any fees as he is paid an introducers fee by the lender. He also has some good deals on refurbishment mortgages. Good Luck!0

A blatent plug for your mate like that might get you binned and it's such a good forum you wouldn't want that, now would you? Also might cause your mate Martin a problem as none of his regulatory info is included.
