Am quite up for making some spr rolls between now and Chrimbo.
Has anyone got any experience of this or any top tips??

If you're using green veg or bean sprouts, make sure you blanch and drain them thoroughly first, otherwise the spring rolls will be soggy. Only cook as many as you can eat immediately as they don't keep well. I think the filling needs to be quite well seasoned.
