Help/In a panic - Transcash Slip

I've lost my transcash slip for my CCCS payment. I'm in a right panic. I remember getting it last week, went to get the cash out today and now I can't find it.
Does anyone have any advice? Can i use the little tabs that come in your welcome pack from CCCS?
Everything has been going okay recently, i knew it wouldn't be long before i c**ked something up.

Relax! Phone CCCS, they'll understand and send another. theyare not inconsiderate barstewards ( like DCAs ) thats why we love them.

I wouldn't worry too much - you can't be the first one to do this. I would post on the ask a CCCS counsellor a question thread or give them a call in the morning.
