27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Hi there, can I ask if and when they cashed your cheque. They haven't cashed my cheque and the lego is supposed to be here by the 5th and as yet has not arrived so am getting prepared to chase it up. many thanksMine arrived yesterday so I expect they'll all be coming through now..........0 -
Can you give details of how you go about chasing this? I am expecting several sets of Lego from this promotion (lots of nephews and nieces) and I haven't received any yet andI sent off on 30th Oct. None of my cheques have been cashed yet. I also sent off for the books offer. Again, nothing back yet and cheques not cashed. Thanks0

No lego or kids' books here yet. I sent a postal order so I hope they arrive, or that's my money wasted.
Might pick up a couple of the DVDs in store, just the ones my DS1 likes, as there's an Asda nearby.0 -
The Sun says you can collect all the vouchers and have all the DVD s posted, it normally costs about £2.99 but it hasn't stated that yet.:confused: you are as you are, if you aren't as you ought to be.0

lego didn't arrive today and today was the deadline. Will probably give it tlll monday and then contact daily record and write off to the po box again. Will have a dig about for the name of the company and will post details if i come up with anything. There is probably just a glitch due to demand as there appears to be a few of us not yet received it. Just wanted to know if the people who received theirs had their cheque cashed in advance or after they received it.0
