Help to get new mortgage

Hi Could any body help and tell me if it is possible to find a mortgage and also roll a loan into it as well. We have a mortgage but that fixed rate has come to an end, it is only interest free.

We are only looking for interest free as I am 58yrs and my husband is retired.

Is there any hope at all:A

    Sorry...couldnt help it. in all seriousness if you are already 58and your OH is already retired shouldnt you be trying really hard to get it paid of ASAP as you wont be earning much longer? how do you plan to pay the balance at the end of the term? i presume you meant interest ONLY not interest free.

    Without more info it is difficult to say. What is your LTV? What is your current IR?

    As the other poster stated, it is difficult to imagine any lender willing to consider additional borrowing if you have no way to repay the capital, given that you are approaching retirement.
    In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:
