I think I am missing the point........
The firebox website says about the mystery boxes and I am quoting the following direct from the firebox website
"Each box contains at least two, but sometimes as many as three or four, superb products from this site. What’s more you’ll be saving up to £15 off the total RRP of the items inside. Brilliant!"
The bit that i have put in bold and underlined - what does this mean? I take that to mean (and I think Im wrong here) that they send you a myster box and if it has goods worth £20 and you have only paid £15 (The price of the box) they charge you the extra £5? Similarly does it mean if they send you goods less than the price of the box you have paid for, you get the difference back???
im tempted..... buts its not very money saving as I dont need any more xmas presents!!0 -
No it means that you're guaranteed to get at least two items (but maybe more) but however many you get you'll definitely be saving £15 off the combined RRP:A:A:A:A:A:A0

LOL. Yes, it means pretty much what it says. I've tried reading it about 20 times and can't come up with what you thought. No more brandy butter for you0 -
Got an email off Firebox today & there is also a "Ego Electric Scooter" in one of the boxes - well, not physically in the box, but the keys are in a random box so someone will win this ontop of the contents of the box!!

Everyone loves a good surprise. So for all you suspense-addicts we proudly present the Firebox Mystery Box (cue dramatic music). This box is packed full of fab Firebox products and will cost you up to £15 less than the value of the stuff inside! You can choose from three different sizes and boxes for him or her. If you’re hopeless at buying presents, why not buy a Mystery Box and let us decide for you. It's also perfect for buying yourself a special something (‘Coo-ee, parcel for Mr No-mates’).

Deluxe, and got the remote control helicopter thing, and miracle berry tablets...
Not overly impressed - saved £20 off the list price, but not quite what i'd have chosen. Wish I didn't buy two - both boxes had identical contents!
Oh, and the gift message card that came with it wasn't suitable to give with one of them - bent, and had suspicious looking marks on it!0 -
Seems like the deluxe's r the same on here.
I wasnt too impressed too but suppose the helicopter will entertain on christmas day :-)
I thought they would have came in a nicer box maybe with mystery box or something wrote on so I'm gonna print some posters off to stick on and make it abit more presentable.0 -

Seems like i am not the only one disapointed with this.
I have already returned mine back for a refund.
What a con.
I got a cat pencil sharpener, bottle buddy and a glow in dark clock.
Hardly a great set of gifts for your gf on Xmas day.
I complained to the managing director, and he offered me a £5 voucher lol!
The same kind of voucher you can get from loads of places online.
Seems like they really dont care about their customers and just want to shift a load of cheap tat they cant normally sell.
My advice is to AVOID the mystery box, as the only mystery is that of firebox trying to pull a fast one on its once loyal customers0
