is my oil ruined?

Over the weekend my kitchen cupboards obviously got too cold (we only have single glazing in there) and my bottle of groundnut oil has turned cloudy and a bit thick. Can it still be used for anything? Thanks in advance!
Also, I opened a tin of soup last night and all the fat had solidified and was floating at the top of the can! Think I need to insulate my cupboards with some bubble wrap or something.:o

I get the same... and my honey has crystalised too. It's all fine, just use as normal.
    TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!

With the cloudy oil, put it a warm place and it will revert to normal.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

The same works for honey! You can warm up the jar and the honey will become runny again!

Oils, honey, chocolate spread etc, put somewhere warm (not too hot), eg a windowsill in the sun, they will soon be runny again!
