I am wanting to get rid of some unwanted clutter, the first thing i'm wanting to sell is a DVD box set would it better to use ebay or amazon?
what are the fees for amazon compared to ebay?

There is a long thread about Amazon on the ebay and other auctions board. However as a rule of thumb Amazon fees are much higher than ebay, but Amazon has the advantage that you don't pay anything unless the item sells.
Personally I would check the prices out on both. Do a search on ebay for completed goods and see what your box set has previously sold for.
