I don't know of any but would be very interested to find out myself! Anything to earn some extra pennies! Good luck!

someone in our area used to do it for local people you have to look in your telephone directory however the waiting list is very long. Im not sure if they still do it?

Slightly off topic but on the subject of cards, I've seen adverts at the job centre website for someone to go round card shops in different towns and stock the shelves. That might suit some people here.

I have just send a cheeky email to hallmark uk to see if they have any home based vacancies. I have a disability that is mobility based and have been told that I will never hold down a job again (not happy when told that!), so am looking for any type of work that I could do from home, where I would be comfortable and would be able to manage easily.

Will update here if I hear anything back from them!

That's awful...so much for the 'focus on ability, not disability' approach.

Great to see you're still up and fighting ^^

I've done editing (where people send you their manuscripts) and it can be a nightmare. OK if you have a thick skin!

Cave, thank you for the encouragement (and the link!). It really was a big shock to be told I was not physically able to hold down a "normal" job and it has taken me about 6 months to come to terms with the news. But I am determined to find some kind of legitimate work that I can do from home that will start bringing in some extra money to the house to pay the bills and help get us out of debt.

Nothing back from hallmark, but not expecting anything soon.
