Should I forget about my woolworths win??

Had an email a few weeks ago from woolworths saying I had won some Dora the explorer goodies, it said in the email I should of heard about my prize by the 1st of december which I havent! Thing is I feel too guilty emailing the person sent the email about my win, while Im chasing a few toys she is probably worrying if she has a job after christmas, anyone think same as me and I should just this win go??

I think it's definitely worth one call or one email.

Put it this way, them paying out a legitimate win is not going to break the company any further, nor will it save it, so you haven't really got anything to lose by making that one try.

It that fails, then I would leave it

There's no indication as yet that the company is going to be wound up. It could well be sold and it IS still trading.

Its only a day over - if you haven't heard anything by the end of the week give them a call.

I would definately give them a call - they can only say yes or no and if you won it fair and square you should be able to question it.

I agree with katiekittykat and would wait til end of week though

Give them a call/email in a day or two.. they are still selling dora stuff at high prices so im sure there is plenty left for them to send you!

I've won the same thing, and haven't heard either. However, she did mention to me that my details were being passed on to Nickelodeon, so it's actually that company who is responsible for sending the prize.

I'm giving it until the end of the week and then I'll send an email. HTH
