I'm a bit hacked off with these too. My mate bought a pair from them & said they were a bit tight for her so I took them off her. It turns out they were a bit tight as they were odd sizes! All labels printed correctly, but one noticeably bigger. Not wanting to say to my mate that she hadn't noticed they were odd I contacted welly warehouse early Nov. They said just cut out the labels & post them to us & we'll replace them as they are faulty. They received the labels end November. They have failed to reply to emails & you CANNOT get through on the phone, it has an engaged tone their entire opening hours.

PLEASE do not buy from these as customer service is non existant!

i've just seen a pair at welly warehouse for £29.99, that's the pink ones.
i've spent ages looking and this website is the cheapest.
i've emailed them to ask for a forces discount, will keep you posted if i hear anything back.

In some defense of Welly Warehouse. I was looking for some RHS clogs. They had a good price. I looked on the web and the only comments I could find about Welly Warehouse were on here. With a little trepidation, I ordered the clogs from WW yesterday. They arrived today. Correct size. All seems fine - so far!
