    That would be lovely, hoping for a swift outcome for the consumer, would love to get charges back, although it will be paid back to the banks for my debts! at least it will lower my total debt!

    It'd be great for me, when bf gets back this week I'm going to get the ball rolling and try and claim as a hardship case. Then I can use the money for a f&f on one of my debts. It'd be nice though to be able to just get the money without all the hassle of claiming though!
