Found this on a site for stove top - I found the SC recipe on a site the other night - but can I find it now I want to make it

This is very similar ingrediants if memory serves - but will give you an idea of what i'm looking for

Goes well with Egg Foo Yung Recipe

    2 Chicken breasts
    2 tbsp flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 can (#2) pineapple chunks
    3 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tsp vinegar

Remove skin and bones. Cut in 1 inch strips. Toss in mix of flour, salt and pepper. Drain 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Heat oil, saute chicken 5 minutes. Add pineapple, cover and cook 5 minutes on low. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar and pineapple juice. Stir into pan until thickened.
  • I'd just cook this as it is and not bother with the slow cooker, I know that you want to eat as soon as you get home with the minimum of bother but this looks like it could be ready to eat within 20 mins, this is the total time from coming in the door. It would be nice with a portion of 4 minute noodles.

Don't like pasta, am planning on having it with boiled rice :-)

Love if from chinese but should save me quite a bit cooking it myself, should also have enough to have another meal out of later in the week
