OP this may not be an option for you but could you maybe get a loan in switzerland for the worst part of the debt? With the exchange rates as they are this could well go in your favour.
The other strategy I would consider is phoning one of your other cc co's that is not at 30% and see if you can do a balance transfer.

I can't help but think that the OP reluctance to post an SOA is an indication that they have already decided what to do.
Having many thousand of c card debt over 6-7 years an it never reducing makes no sense even at 30% PA unless of course the OP is still using the cards or does not pay on time or every month
I also think the fact the the OP states there are late paymentsfees building up may explain in part why some of the interest rates have increased.
I really don't think the OP can really complain that a company is using a clause in the agreement to raise interest rates on the amount owed when by the OP's own admisionthey are not making payments on time.
I know some increases are un called for. MBNA increased our APR to silly figures too even tho the card is for my business expenses and is cleared in full each month.
I have every sympathy for those needing help and support to get out of debt or even just a destructive debt cycle but they have to want to be helpedMF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000
