Hi there peeps- just wondering where I'd post as I save all my lovely £2 coins (and 50p's too) in a 'sealed' pot (it's not sealed at all- but I don't look in it and I don't filch out of it...yet!!)- am I just confusing the issue!!?
Putting them all into a lovely (very tall) Hobgoblin 'Beer and Glass Gift' tin- I guesstimate that when fulls of said £2 and 50p's I'll have enough to buy a small Island in the Carribean- it really is that big a tin!! Want to be able to give it to my hubby on Christmas day and just say 'have fun with it'- makes me smile just thinking about it and positively euphoric when given the coins (but at the same time skint ;-)
Who knew saving could be such fun??

well i went through my daughters money boxes and they had enough to make a roll of €50. so they gladly took my paper money off me.

i have now rolled up the €50 and it is tucked away in my biscuit tin with all my other little rolls of brass.

i have now sealed a drinking chocolate pot - it is only a small one so i will know when i have enough to break it open.

i have just added another 3 coins
