Ha Ha - just found this thread - didnt realise others did the same, it is a rule in our household!!!
Last year we flew out to Barabdas on our £2 coin fund and the year before that, we went to America on it. Dont know how much we collect as we just shove it in the tin and can't see. Its only when we open the tins with a can opener that we find out how much we have. Have noticed a bit of a drought of £2 coins at times!!

Hi,

I'd love to join this challenge. I was given a teramundi pot that has just sat there forlorn and empty since last Christmas. This weekend, I put what £2 coins I had (£14) into it and it was happy!

I'm just going to keep saving until it feels full. It's supposed to hold £400 in £2 coins. Will be interesting to see how long it takes...
