does anyone have any tips on personal statements ?, it seems that almost every job i apply for requests one and there not that easy for me to do. id really like some advise and tips on this please.

In your personal statement you should address each of the criteria in the person specification and if you address them in order, it will make it far easier for the people doing the shortlisting. I have done loads of recruitment and I would say the majority of applciations I have seen do nothing to address the person spec - making it impossible to decide whether the person is right for the job.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0

As above and check spelling and grammar, don't rely on the spell checker though !
Also don't try to be something you are not by writing in a fancy way. Check, check and re check. Good luck
