    Morning Lost2,
Nice tidy sum going into your pot :D. Don't forget were trying to do an overall total of the amounts in everyones sealed pots come December, so once you open your pot, put the total on here in a post so I can add it to the spreadsheet :D. I'm hoping the total amount would frighten a banker

    Hi

Blackberry Recipe [also the same for Raspberries]

Buy a cheap cheap bottle of Vodka, empty it into a jug
Put 9oz of granulated sugar and 8oz of blackberries into the bottle and then top up the bottle with Vodka. Drink whats left over!!!!!

Shake [gently] every day until sugar dissolves and then store in a dark, cool cupboard for 3 [maximum] months, then sieve the fruit out [use it with ice cream] and drink.

I haven't tried this recipe before so I'm gonna taste test about once every 2 weeks. Blackberries should not stay in bottle any longer than 3 months as the taste goes "woody"

I typed in Blackberry Recipe and found this one that was the easiest and quickest and had the most positive comments about it. Can't remember the website.

    Hope that helps and enjoy!!
