Even better I found 3p roadkill - only my second find since starting the challenge :rotfl:

As for the pot, well a handful of silver and copper went in today.

:hello: Have just put £7 in my jar . It gets emptied at the end of month but DH makes sure I do not count it or even touch it. I don't think he trusts me!!!
I am allowed to count my £2 pot though and have now saved £176 so far this year:j :j :j

These saving threads make me realise how much I have wasted previously still at least I am on the right track now.

Sorry not been back to the thread much, but you will be pleased to hear that my pot is slowly filling up! Its becoming a habit to chuck the odds from my purse into it, & anything I find lying around the house is fair game - DH used to leave his spare change on the dressing table - he doesnt any more!!! :rotfl:

Not managed any roadkill yet, have been searching but nothing, will keep trying!!

Did find some "fruit bowl kill" underneath the apples, does that count?!

£1.30 into pot today.........should have been bus fare to work, but feeling poorly sick today, so not going in. _pale_

How are you today hun? Hope you're well, at least the sun is shining today. I managed about £3.60 yesterday, had no change for a couple of days, so I'll probably have to drop a note in the old pot to make up for the lack of change. Have a great day, and try not to get too bored

Thanks Sparky and LC........I don't think there is anything worse than an upset tummy, can't think what I had that's caused it, but at least it will help the diet.!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: and hopefully will be gone soon.

Glad to hear the sun is shining Sparky, its not here, its very windy and dull, yesterday we had hailstones. I was hoping winter was over. :cool:

I have been celebrating for 2 days non-stop, so no hangover as I'm just remaining drunk.:eek:

It's my wedding anniversary today, so I'm waiting for OH to drag himself out of bed and see his vintage guitar case, and then tell me I've been ripped off.
At the moment both the kitties are sitting on it.:rolleyes:
About 6 golden coins in the pottie yesterday, I was good and got the tube rather than a taxi home - mustn't get carried away with this having a job malarky.
