Morning - a few coins in Ziggie

Hope everyone has a good day - still no road kill round here - well not unless you count pheasants, badgers and deer!
  • Morning all, just coppers for me just now. Too many birthdays, how come most of my family and friends are Aquarians or Picses. Roll on April I only have one birthday that month.

            morning all.
sparky noahs seeing the specialist again next week over the lump, they cancelled his op as it had seemed to shrink and as its quite dangerous he doesnt want to operate if he can help it. seems to grow then shrink though so will have to see what he says this week. hes positive its not cancer wich is good though. he just says if he operates it can leave him with weakness and damage to his right arm and shoulder, trying to be positive if he does operate though as noah is left handed so it shouldnt cause him as much hassle, still wouldnt be great but at least hed be able to write ok. things are looking up though, noahs always been an ill child he gets everything going unfortunatly but hopefully he will grow out of it, just wasnt nice this week when i had to rush him to the out of hours doctor with a willy infection and i was told i was stupid and just give him calpol, rushed him to his own doctor the next day who went mad as his bits were badly infected and sore.

everyone is doing so well have to admit i saw 8p road kill yesterday outside nursery and wouldnt pick it up cos i was with my friends then someone beat meto it as i went for it lol, never mind. hope everyones having a good day.
must stop waffling and go and get noah from nursery
back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed

            Good morning everyone,
Welcome to the newbies, the more the merrier, well done on some of the totals from the opened pots, isn't it great that you don't have to scrape around looking for the money, or worse still put it back on credit card, for the nasty banks to earn even more money from you.

I think Sue is having problems with her 'puter or t'internet.

JPW, how is Noah hun, any news on his lump?

Reb, how lucky are you that LC still has "connections" with her old workplace, albeit through third parties, lol. Way to go LC

If I've missed anybody, soz, but I am thinking about you all, so stay safe, keep saving and watch out for road change, have a great day, even in the rain

Thanks Hales - I dont have a number yet, but have started anyway!!:j

I Sealed a celebrations tin last night, cut a hole in the top without losing any fingers (which was an achievement in itself) and then raided my house & handbags for change. Only got as far as the handbags, purse and a little pot Ive been keeping in the kitchen! Will complete my mission at home over the weekend. I have a terramundi pot for £2 coins, but have not really made any effort to put some money into it! So my effort starts now and my sealed tin will be for everything except £2 coins.

Im trying to clear my Credit Cards as much as possible this year, but dont want to get to xmas and have nothing to spend, so am doing this so I dont end up sticking my xmas shopping all back on the CC's!!

Am going to do the loose change pays my debt challenge too so should clear off debt and have savings at the same time!!

            Thats my plan anyway

            Hello everybody,

            Welcome to all the newbies.:j

I haven't posted for a while because I haven't had any money to put into the pot.

However I've done my shopping for the coming week and have put some money to one side to buy more bread, put apart from that I don't intend to do anymore shopping which leaves me with a massive $1.40. So I've put $1 into the sealed pot to repay the IOU leaving me with 40c for the next 6 days.

Hey oh, the only way is up!!!:rotfl:
