Good morning everyone,
Managed about £2.40 yesteday in my pot. Only 40 weeks (today) to go or 280 days, so we're 12 weeks (84 days) into this years challenge, so you're all going to have to be patient! lol. Just think of the queues in the bank when we all take our change in lol, I think there'll be a loud collective groan across the UK on 2nd December, yaySparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Picking car up from garage today after service and MOT, EEK! Couldn't bring myself to ask how much it was going to be however I will not touch a penny in my sealed tin to contribute towards it. Found a 2p roadkill yesterday, it went in my copper jar, which I may raid.Sealed pot challenge number 5130

£1.50 in the pot this morning. Not doing as well as I'd hoped, but seem to have lots of things to pay lately, ie swimming lessons! Lots of things have required to be paid by cheque so no change grrrr!(vegetarian & vegan family: me, DH, DS11 & DS 7, 3 dogs and 3 cats (not veggie )

Dh has gone off to work today and kindly left all of his change on the table -I think he just forgot it. So I will just borrow £1 to pop in pottery piggy. I know he won't mind because I've now promised him a 50% share in our piggy because he has agreed not to set one up in opposition to mine.

Morning all
£1.50 in the tin today
Smem my tin's hidden in the cupboard with all food tins and I'm not (hopefully) going to open mine til 1st December.
Another joke for you all today:
I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Richard, the 11 year
old next door whose bedroom looks like Mission Control, and asked him to
come over.
Richard clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem. As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong?
He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'
I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'
Richard grinned. 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?''
No,' I replied.
'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.'
So I wrote down: I D 1 0 TDebt @ LBM - £25,722 Debt now - £11,811 DFD - April 2012

PoorBabe, yes I can get into mine, my pots are actually funky purses. I quite enjoy getting it all out and counting it every so often, but I don't usually admit that on here! I know it's meant to be a surprise! But it will be cos I usually forget about an hour later what the total is!l must be sad l'm getting worried that someone may break in and steal my tin after all the hard work in filling it. l'm now looking for a hiding place as we speak. what do other people do - do you empty them every couple of months and put in the bank or just wait until the end?
I hide mine in my clothes cupboard. Nobody will break in here as we live in a bedsit and there is nothing worth stealing!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
