Hi everyone - 5 pieces of silver for me tonight and no roadkill - my little roadkill jar is feeling very lonely

JuniorJ - hope you are feeling better, my asthma used to be really bad I have now almost totally cut out dairy (well chocolate isnt dairy really!!) and have been so much better - I have started running and can manage 23 minutes without the use of an oxygen mask and medical intervention - maybe give it a try whilst you are feeling poorly

I love checking all your messages - it keeps me so motivated x

Evening all! Yipee 29p from DH pocket, he wouldn't want to carry around all that weight would he and YES £1 road kill and DH found that so I'm getting him trained really well. Grand total of £1.29 in my pot today:rotfl::j :rotfl: I'm going to be a millionaire!

Thanks snickers. - Im usually okay unless im sleeping./laying down , on a really bad night i can end up having maybe 2-10 asthma attacks (not bad enough for hospitalization) but enough i scare myself and need my inhalers , my weight doesnt help , but i sleep on my belly so sleepin is very uncomfterable for me but oh well life could be worse!

Still need to put some money in the old tin!

Diet went well again today x

I think I am going mad, I'm using an empty apple juice carton as an ornament!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

When it starts go get full I can put it in the fridge and disguise it as a, wait for it, a carton of apple juice, genius.:idea:

Yup. Basically, put as much or as little as you want when you want. Some people put certain coins in (less than a quid), others put everything from their pockets in at the end of the day.

It's the great thing about the challenge, it's an individual thing, but you get plenty of support from our friendly if slightly crazy family... lol

Hi Shelley, and thanks for the congrats. Mrs S-To-Be agreed to marry me "at some point". it's not going to be this year, i think we're going to aim for summer next year. And, she's moved into my batchelor pad and started telling me off for leaving socks on the floor. lol.
