New and in need of encouragement!

Right so here's my story.

I've been reading other people's posts and seeing the encouragement they're getting and thought to myself "i need a bit of that"

Now, I'm not looking to pay off debt, but to save a huge £10k.
...and I'm hoping to do it in a year. which is very ambitious for me considering i'm a spend-a-holic.

But i've been truly amazed by how well everybody does here and want to be a part of it.

My OH recently came into £10k and I want to equal that amount for a deposit on a house.

I'm willing to do/try anything!

Help and support very much appreciated. :)
