Can anyone help me? I am trying to complain to this company but they never answer their phones and will not answer emails or letters. I have friend who are also having these problems. I saw Martin on 5 O Clock show and he suggested that whenever you complain, write to the MD. Question is how do you find out who this is or there address or email, if you cannot contact the ordinary customer services? 
Does anyone have the answer and are you having problems with them???

always works for me I usually write to cs first then if no joy write to the chairman. I had awful hassle with tesco cs twice but letters to the chairman resulted in immediate action and £20 compensation!0 -

Is this Studio Cards Mail order? As i am having mega problems with them, they are a joke! I also need help too!!Envy is the most stupid of vices, for there is no single advantage to be gained from it.:A0 -
i could not order off their website but i phoned their Indian call centre and the order was processed :rolleyes:Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

I am suprise not been on BBC Watchdog Studio cards their mail order is great but I would not advise people to order online line because I think they still having problems shuch a poor web site design as well!!.0

I've been a customer for about 4 or 5 years now and actually prefer the online ordering system as you don't have to contact their call centre !!!
Since using online I've not had any problems - even ordering photoprint merchandise and personalised items - although I have had probs in the past trying to get CS - keep on trying you will get there in the end.. FEB GC £255.82£240 :mad::mad::mad:

Terrible terrible company - overpriced shoddy goods, misleading "offer" and appalling after sales service.
Just send me your money instead - I will send you nothing in return and ignore your complaints, and we can cut out the middle man!

Had terrible trouble unanswered emails, phone calls went on for hours at premium rates with no resolution.
Sent recordeed letter damanding they ceased adding fees onto my 'account' at a rate iof £20 a month, that they cashed the cheque for the original amouint owed and closed my account within 14 days or legal action would be taken. printed out and included all emails etc sent and recieved. Got a slimey apologetic reply quite fast agreeing to do what i said.
Thanks Martin for good advice on that one.0
