I wouldn't use dabs at all, I've used them in the past and had no problems with them, but 2 weeks ago I ordered a 32" Samsung tv, which never arrived (although they took the money), and when I emailed them (they have no telephone support at all, just instant chat which works for about 30 minutes a day, or email) they responded 2 days later telling me to speak to DHL, which I did. DHL never received the parcel from them, and when I could finally get someone on instant chat, they kept telling me it was with DHL, who kept telling me it's not in their hands because they never received the parcel. Eventually, after 4 days of me sending emails and instant chat (the response time for an email is 16 working hours) they told me the item was "lost" and they'd have to give me a refund, as they can't exchange for something else, which I found ridiculous, seeing as it was their error. Their support is awful, they can't give you straight answers and I'm never ordering from them again.

I initially ordered the Samsung from Play but it was out of stock and they couldn't say when it would be in. Ordered then instead with Dabs, where it was also out of stock. They kept me up to date though on when it was due in, then delivered it the following day. I was delighted with it.
